Garden Party Semi-Formal
Women
Have fun with this ladies! Wear your favorite date night attire or cocktail dress. Think about what you would wear on a fancy summer date night. Vintage party dresses are the bride's favorite. You can't go wrong with floral or something that sparkles. The ceremony will take place on the lawn so bring a hat and sunglasses. Don't be afraid of heels as the rest of the party will take place on hard surfaces. That said, if you plan on dancing the night away (and we hope you do!) bring some comfy shoes to change into. The bride is planning on doing the same. Since the weather may be unpredictable, bring a sweater or jacket in case it gets chilly and an umbrella in case it rains.
Men
Wear whatever you feel dashing in! Be that a suit and tie or slacks and a nice dress shirt. The ceremony will take place on the lawn so bring a hat and/or sunglasses. Since Texas weather can be unpredictable, plan on dressing warm for the evening in case it gets chilly and don't forget to bring an umbrella in case it rains.
